Biography

Giuseppe Busia is currently the President of the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) and the European Network of Public Ethics Authorities (ENPE). A lawyer, he was for 8 years the Secretary General of the Data Protection Authority and previously of the Public Contracts Supervisory Authority, as well as Secretary of the State-Regions Conference. He holds a PhD in State Theory and Comparative Institutions and one in Economic Law, having furthered his studies abroad. He has taught and continues to teach at various Italian universities.
