Biography

Lilia Cavallari is President of the Italian Parliamentary Budget Office and Full Professor of Economics at Roma Tre University. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Rome La Sapienza, and was a post-doctoral fellow at the London School of Economics and a visiting professor at the universities of Cambridge, Bonn, and Stockholm. She has published in leading academic journals. She is also President of the EU Independent Fiscal Institutions Network.
