Biography
Oliver has worked at the European Commission and in the office of the French Prime Minister. He has led operational units at Alcatel-Lucent and Atos. He co-founded and managed technology startups. He lives in New York. He is the author of the book Europe, Tech and War (2023) and co-author of Cost of Failure and Competitiveness in Disruptive Innovation (Bocconi, 2024).
