Biography

Ernesto Maria Ruffini, a lawyer, was the director of the Italian Revenue Agency. He collaborates with newspapers and magazines on numerous current topics of tax policy. Among his books: Tax Evasion Explained to an Evader (2013) and The Judgment of the Court of Cassation in Tax Proceedings (2016). Published by Feltrinelli is Equal by Constitution.
