Biography

Elsa Fornero, Honorary Professor of Economics at the University of Turin and Senior Fellow of Collegio Carlo Alberto. She was Minister of Labor and Social Policies with responsibility for Equal Opportunities in the Monti Government (2011-13). She is a columnist (La Stampa) and television commentator. She has written, among other works: “Who’s Afraid of Reforms. Illusions, Common Places and Truths about Pensions,” Bocconi Editore, 2018.
