He is Robert Walmsley University Professor at Harvard Law School, where he directs the Program on Behavioral Economics and Public Policy.
He is a consultant for the UK Behavioural Insights Team and has collaborated with the United States Supreme Court and Department of Justice.
In 2018, he received the Holberg Prize, an award comparable to the Nobel Prize for law and humanities.
